Haber, Inc. has recently completed the development of its new commercial gold extraction system -- an articulatingmobile unit with the capacity to process up to 1/2 ton of ore per cycle. Rugged and simple in design, the Articulating Mobile Extraction Unit unit is low maintenance, portable and can be rapidly deployed in remote areas with little infrastructure. The vertical decantation capability makes for an extraction routine that can be performed both quickly and safely. Processing relies on the environmentally friendly Haber Gold Process (HGP) lixiviant, which when combined with Haber's proprietary accelerated gold recovery system, will recover gold faster than other conventional methods.
Given the flexibility of the concept behind the mobile system, similar units with varying capacities can be designed and constructed to effectively service both small and moderately sized mining operations. The general concept can also be manicured to handle small scale artesianal mining operations which - in remote areas - continue to rely on mercury extraction methods. (Units of this type are not designed for use in large scale mining operations which ordinarily require larger process-controlled extraction vats.)
